Daniel C. Adkison
President-COO
An accomplished business leader, Dan Adkison has a strong record of envisioning and executing strategy for improved business processes and bottom-line results. Adkison is a seasoned veteran of the printing and graphic arts industry with 25 years of experience in sales, sales management and general management.
Prior to joining Wright Enterprises he was Regional Vice President of Sales for WorkflowOne, the largest independent distributor organization in the U.S. with revenues approaching $1 billion. With Adkison’s contribution the western region enjoyed industry-leading customer satisfaction and sustained double digit organic growth. As President and COO of Wright Enterprises Adkison has led an ambitious transformation that included new client-driven technology, implementation of Lean Manufacturing disciplines, aggressive product diversification and a renewed emphasis on overall client satisfaction. He has a proven track record of building value for stakeholders by conveying a meaningful direction that prompts positive action by customers, employees and investors.

Gordon Klepec
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Klepec has nearly 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and sales management. Prior to his employment at Wright Enterprises, he led the sales initiatives of a large regional trade printer and was responsible for $30 million in sales. Klepec’s leadership skills, determination and strong interpersonal skill set positioned him to ascend to his current position in Wright Enterprises where he leads a strong sales team and continues to bring industry leading technology and services to his clients.

Brian Cicerchi
VP Finance
Brian Cicerchi, Vice President of Finance, Wright Business Graphics, has over 25 years accounting and industry experience. Prior to joining Wright’s over 16 years ago, Brian worked in public accounting with a focus on industries prominent in the wood and paper products industry in addition to manufacturing. Brian received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Oregon State, and holds a CPA license with the state of Oregon.
